office of the Register of. Wills of Carroll county in Liber
J. D. B. No. 9, folio 360, etc.

28. To the following bequests contained in the last will
and testament of Ann Catherine Albaugh, late of Frederick
county, deceased, to wit: (1) To the bequest of twenty dol-
lars to the Council of the Evangelical Lutheran Church Zion
of Middletown, Maryland, for the purpose therein set forth;
(2) to the bequest of twenty-five dollars to the Council of
the Lutheran Congregation of St. Paul's, of Jefferson, Mary-
land, for the purposes therein set forth, said will bearing
-date March 18, 1903, and recorded in Liber W. B. C. No. 1,
folio 188, etc., one of the will records in the office of the
Register of Wills of said county.

29. To the devise and bequest made and contained in the
last will and testament of A. Catherine Prather, late of
Washington county, deceased, of one hundred and twenty
dollars to St. Peter's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Clear
Spring, Maryland, as recorded in the office of Register of
Wills for Washington county, Liber J, folio, 306, etc.

30. To the devise and bequest made and contained in the
last will and testament of Harriet C. Murdoch, late of
Washington county, deceased, of five hundred dollars to the
Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church of Boonsboro, Wash-
ington county, Maryland, as recorded in the office of Regis-
ter of Wills for Washington county, will book Liber J, folio
301, one of the record books.

31. To the devises and bequests to the following charita-
ble institutions: The Hebrew Benevolent Society of Balti-
more city, under the name of the Hebrew Benevolent Society
of Baltimore; the Hebrew Hospital and Asylum Associa-
tion of Baltimore city, under the name of the Hebrew Hos-
pital and Asylum of Baltimore; the Hebrew Orphan Asylum
of Baltimore city, under the name of the Hebrew Orphan
Asylum of Baltimore; and the Hebrew Free Burial Society
of Baltimore city, under the name of the Hebrew Free Burial
.Society of Baltimore; all of said devises and bequests having
been made by the last will and testament of Zipporah
De Wolf, late of Baltimore city, deceased, and the codicils
thereto, all of which have been duly admitted to probate by
the Orphans' Court of Baltimore city, and all of record in
