14. To the following devises under the last will and testa-
ment of Elizabeth Jane Baile, late of Carroll county,

deceased, said will being dated June 25, 1901, and recorded
in the office of the Register of Wills in Liber J. D. B. No.
9, folio 60, etc., to wit: (A) To St. Luke's Evangelical
Lutheran Cnurch (Winter's), New Windsor, Maryland, a
ground rent in Baltimore city, described in said will and tes-
tament; (B) To New Windsor Presbyterian Church, of New
Windsor, Maryland, a ground rent in Baltimore city, described
in " Item 2 " of said last will and testament.
15. To the bequest contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Edward Remsberg, late of Middletown, Frederick
county, Maryland, deceased, to the Evangelical Lutheran
Church Zion of Middletown, Frederick county, Maryland,
for the use and benefit of the cemetery of said church, as
set forth in the aforesaid last will and testament of the afore-
said Edward Remsberg, which last will and testament is duly
recorded in ledger W. B. C. No. 1, folio 74, one of the
books for recording wills in the office of the Register of
Wills for Frederick county.
16. The two following deeds and conveyances to the trus-
tees of the Seventh Baptist Church of Baltimore, a body
corporate, to wit: (1) A deed from Carroll Bates Blick and
Adelaide M. Blick, his wife, to the trustees of the Seventh
Baptist Church of Baltimore, a body corporate, bearing date
the 25th day of October, 1904, and recorded among the
land records of Baltimore city, in Liber R. O. No. 2105,
folio 43, etc.; (2) a deed from the Trustees of the Immanuel
Baptist Church of Baltimore county, a body corporate, to
the Trustees of the Seventh Baptist Church of Baltimore, a
body corporate, bearing date the 14th day of March, 1904,
and recorded among the land records of Baltimore city in
Liber R. O. No. 2061, folio 509, etc.

17. To the bequest of one hundred dollars ($100), con-
tained in the last will and testament of Johanna Higgins,
late of Baltimore city, deceased, to Saint Ignatius Roman
Catholic Church of Baltimore city, Maryland.
18. To the three bequests — the first for one thousand dol-
lars ($1,000); the second for five hundred dollars ($500),
and the third for five hundred dollars ($500); in all two thou-
sand dollars ($2,000); to the consistory of the Evangelical
Reformed Church of Frederick, Maryland, contained in the
