9. To the bequest contained in the last will and testament
of Charlotte A. R. Lighter, late of Frederick county, deceased,
which will is duly recorded in Liber W. B. C. No. 1, folio
126, etc., one of the will records of Frederick county, of
two hundred dollars ($200) to the consistory of Christ
Reformed Congregation of Middletown, Frederick county,
Maryland, a body corporate.
10. To the bequest contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Cornelia Alexander, late of Frederick county, Mary-
land, recorded in Liber W. B. C. No. 1, folio 166, etc., of
the will records for Frederick county, of fifty dollars ($50)
to the consistory of the Christ Reformed Congregation of
Middletown, Frederick county, Maryland, a body corporate,
for the benefit of the cemetery of the said congregation; also
of the bequest of all the rest and residue of the property of
said deceased contained in said will, after the payment of
certain legacies mentioned therein, to the said consistory of
the Christ Reformed Congregation of Middletown, Frederick
county, Maryland.
11. To the devises and bequests contained in the last will
and testament of Lydia Routzahn, late of Frederick county,
Maryland, deceased, duly recorded in Liber W. B. C. No. 1,
folio 78, etc., of the will records for Frederick county, unto
Dawson F. Flook, trustee, for the use and benefit of the
trustees of the Mt. Zion of the United Brethren in Christ, at
Myersville, Frederick county, Maryland, a body corporate.
12. To the bequest contained in the last will and testament
of Charles Tyler, late of Baltimore city, deceased, of five
hundred dollars, to Sarah Tyler, Mrs. Rosa Burnham and
Mrs. Roff, to be applied to the relief of the poor of the
Seventh (7th) Baptist Church of Baltimore, said will bearing
date December 10, 1903, and being recorded in the office of
the Register of Wills of Baltimore city in Liber S. R. M. No.
92, folio 270, etc.
13. To the devise and bequest of the sum of ten dollars
($10) made by and contained in the last will and testament
of Anne B. Roberts, late of Carroll county, Maryland,
deceased, dated July 31, 1902, and admitted to probate by
the Orphans' Court of said Carroll county, Maryland, Novem-
ber 22, 1904, to "Ellsworth Cemetery for colored people,"
which said cemetery is situated in Westminster District",
Carroll county, Maryland.
