6. To the lease by the elders, trustees and members of
the German Evangelical Reformed Church of the City of Bal-
timore, a body corporate, to the trustees of the Episcopal
Residence of the Eastern District of the Church of the United
Brethren in Christ, of Baltimore city, a body corporate,
granting all that lot or parcel of land, together with the
improvements thereon situate, lying and being in Baltimore
city, and which is more particularly described in said lease
dated the 12th day of June 1905 and recorded among the
land records of Baltimore city in Liber R. O. No. 2151, folio
402, etc.
7. To the sale, grant and deed of a certain lot of ground,
situated on the southwest side of Mount Royal avenue, Bal-
timore city, at the distance of 106 feet and ten inches north-
westerly from the corner formed by the intersection of the
northwest side of McMechen street and the southwest side of
Mount Royal avenue, having a frontage of 72 feet and a
depth of 100 feet, to the trustees of the North Baltimore
Methodist Protestant Church of Baltimore city, a body cor-
porate, by the Church Extension Society of Maryland Annual
Conference of the Methodist Protestant Church, by deed
dated February 4, 1902, and recorded among the land
records of Baltimore city in Liber R. O. No 1941, folio 508,
said lot being leasehold estate in said body corporate, its
successors and assigns.
8. To the sale, grant and deed of a certain lot of ground
situated on the southwest side of Mount Royal avenue, in the
city of Baltimore, at the distance of 106 feet and ten inches
northwesterly from the corner formed by the intersection of
the northwest side of McMechen street and the southwest
side of Mount Royal avenue, having a frontage of seventy-
two feet and a depth of one hundred feet, to the trustees of
the North Baltimore Methodist Protestant Church of Balti-
more city, a body corporate, its successors and assigns, by
William C. Clark and Sallie G. Clark, his wife, Charles P.
Weishampel and Annie M. Weishampel, his wife, S. Addison
Weishampel and J. Florence Weishampel, his wife, and Tillie
F. Wieshampel; by deed, dated April 7, 1905, and recorded
among the land records of Baltimore city in Liber R. O.
No. 2150, folio 382, etc., said lot being a ground rent or
reversion, making with a former conveyance a fee simple
title in said body corporate, its successors and assigns.
