CHAPTER 22.
AN ACT to declare the sanction and consent of the General
Assembly of Maryland to a deed made by William B.
Clagett and Kate C. Clagett, his wife, in the State of
Maryland, to the Vestry of Trinity Church, in Upper
Marlboro, Prince George's county, State of Maryland,
duly incorporated under the Public General Laws of the
State of Maryland.

Sanction and
consent
given.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the sanction and consent of the General Assembly
of Maryland be and the same is hereby declared, given and
granted to the gift and grant made by William B. Clagett
and Kate C. Clagett, his wife, to the Vestry of Trinity
Church, in Upper Marlboro, Prince George's county, State of
Maryland, a body corporate, duly incorporated under the
Public General Laws of the State of Maryland of all their
the said grantor's right, title, interests and estate in and to
a tract or parcel of land situated on Marlboro turnpike, in
Prince George's county, State of Maryland, containing four-
teen acres of land, more or less, being the same tract of land
which is more particularly described in a deed from Philip H.
Christmare and wife to Charles Clagett, recorded among the
Land Records of Prince George's county, in Liber W. A. J.,
No. 1, folio 1, et seq.; said gift and grant being evidenced by
the following deed to the said body corporate, viz.: A deed
from William B. Clagett and Kate C. Clagett, his wife, to the
Vestry of Trinity Church, in Upper Marlboro, Prince
George's county, State of Maryland, dated the 15th day of
December, in the year 1904, and recorded on the 19th day
of December, 1904, among the Land Records of Prince
George's county, in Liber No. 22, folio 116, and to the hold-
ing and disposing of the same according to law by the said
body corporate.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.
