the conduct and operation of such distillery warehouses, and
all warehouse receipts hereafter issued by such a distillery
warehouse shall be governed by and subject to all the pro-
visions of this Article as fully to all intents and purposes as
the warehouse receipts of any other warehouseman, corpora-
tion or person conducting a general warehousing business in
this State.

CHAPTER 20.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 85
of Article 14, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title,
"Howard County," sub-title, "Fish."
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

re-enact.

Local Laws, title "Howard County," sub-title "Fish," be
and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amend-
ments, so as to read as follows :
85. It shall not be lawful for any person to take, capture

weirs, etc.

or destroy any fish by fish pots, fish basket, eel weirs, brush
or fascine nets, set nets, dynamite or explosives of like nature,
or lime; or to destroy them by shooting them or striking
through the ice in any of the rivers or streams which run
through or border upon Howard county; provided, that
nothing in this Act shall apply to the catching of herring,
hickory shad or gudgeons, or the catching of any kind of fish
by means of a dip-net in said waters.

Repeal.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That all Acts or parts of Acts
inconsistent with the provisions of this Act be and the same
are hereby repealed.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 21.

AN ACT to repeal Section 37 of Article 12 of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title "Garrett County," sub-title
"County Commissioners," as said section was amended
and re-enacted bv Chapter 475 of the Acts of 1890. and
