CHAPTER 149.

AN ACT to preserve the county roads of the Thirteenth
Election District of Baltimore County by regulating the
width of tires and character of all carts and wagons haul-
ing swill for cattle, bricks, clay, sand and gravel over said
roads.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That for the purpose of preserving the county roads
of the Thirteenth Election District of Baltimore county all
carts and wagons hauling swill for cattle, bricks, clay, sand
or gravel over said roads in said district of said county shall
have wheels with tires not less than four inches in width.
