ficates of indebtedness, stock of incorporated companies,
loans on bonds of the United States, or of any government,
colony, State, city, county or municipality, or of any incor-
porated company, or of any individual.
SEC. 7. And be it enacted, That the said company shall
have power of guaranteeing or insuring the payment and

punctual performance of bonds, rents, annuities, mortgages,
ground rents, evidences of debt, certificates of property of
value, either of individuals, corporations or partnerships,
loans, of governments, States, cities, counties and municipali-
ties, on such terms or commissions as may be agreed upon
or established by said company and the party dealing there-
with.
SEC. 8. And be it enacted, That the company is authorized
to take, have, hold and enjoy all such estates, real, personal

stock and all other moneys or funds that may come into its
possession in the course of its business dealings, and the
