and fifty thousand dollars, or so much thereof as may be
necessary, is hereby appropriated ; for the printing of the
General Assembly of 1908, eighteen thousand five hundred
dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary ; for bind-
ing the laws, journals and documents of said session of the
General Assembly, three thousand dollars, or so much thereof
as may be necessary ; for indexing the journals and docu-
ments of the Senate and House of Delegates, six hun-
dred dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary ; for
indexing the laws, three hundred and fifty dollars, or so
much thereof as may be necessary ; to the secretary of the
Senate and chief clerk of the House of Delegates, for copy-
ing and arranging for publication the laws of said session,
three hundred dollars each, six hundred dollars ; and for
salaries during the recsss of the Legislature, three hundred
dollars each, six hundred dollars ; to the clerk of the Court
of Appeals, for recording the laws of the General Assembly
of 1908, four hundred and fifty dollars.

For the payment of the interest on the public debt of the
State, two hundred and eighty thousand dollars, or so much
thereof as may be necessary.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the Treasurer of the State,

on warrant of the Comptroller, shall disburse the said sum
or sums of money herein appropriated for the objects and
purposes herein specified, to or upon the order of the person
or persons, or body politic or corporate, entitled to receive
the same.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from and after the first day of October, 1907.

CHAPTER 819.
AN ACT to add an additional section to Arcicle 11 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title " Frederick
County," sub-title "Orphans' Court," to come after Section
395, and to be designated Section 395 A, and providing
mileage to be paid to the judges of said court.
