SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That the said bonds authorized
to be issued by this Act shall be sold by the said County
Commissioners of Worcester county to the best advantage,
and for not less than the par value thereof, and any accrued
interest thereon, either at public or private sale, at such time
and upon such notice as said board of County Commission-
ers may deem expedient, and that the money arising from
the sale of said bonds shall be kept as a separate fund for
the purposes of this Act, and the county treasurer or the
clerk to the board of County Commissioners shall keep a
full registry of the said bonds, with the names of the pur-
chasers and the amount realized on the sale thereof, and the
date of issue, the date of sale and the date of maturity oi
the several bonds; and when redeemed the said bonds shall
at once be cancelled on the face thereof and on the book oi
registry and not again issued.
SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 790.
AN ACT to repeal Section 28 of Article 12 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Garrett County;"
sub-title "Circuit Court," as amended by Chapter 653 b;
the Acts of 1894, as amended and re-enacted by the Acts
of 1898, Chapter 89, and to re-enact said section with
amendments, and to add a new section thereto, to be
designated as Section 28 A.
