ing said centre line northwardly to a point three hundred
feet north of Merryman's line, and thence running parallel
with Merryman's lane, and three hundred feet northerly
from said lane to the line of Cedar avenue extended; thence
westwardly on the south side of Cedar avenue to Jones falls ;
and thence southerly along Jones falls to the point of begin-
ning.

CHAPTER 781.
AN ACT to change the name and ratify and confirm the
powers and privileges of the " Security Trust and Loan
Company," a corporation duly incorporated by Chapter
639 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland
passed at the January Session of 1904..
WHEREAS, The "Security Trust and Loan Company," a

corporation duly incorporated by Chapter 639 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January
Session of 1904, has never been organized to do business,
but has the same name as another corporation organized and
now doing business in this State; and
WHEREAS, For these reasons the said " Security Trust and
Loan Company," incorporated by said Chapter 639 of the
Acts of 1904, is desirous of changing its corporate name to
the "Security Trust and Banking Company," and is also
desirous of having its powers and privileges ratified and
confirmed so as to enable it to organize under its said charter
within two years from the date of this Act; therefore,
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the name of the " Security Trust and Loan Com-

pany," a corporation heretofore incorporated by Chapter
639 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed
at the January Session of 1904, be and the same is hereby
changed to that of "Security Trust and Banking Company,"
and by such last mentioned name said corporation shall be
known and shall have and possess all the powers and priv-
ileges granted .in said Chapter 639 of the Acts of 1904,
which are hereby ratified and confirmed to it by this Act ;
