SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take

CHAPTER 764.
AN ACT to empower the Boys' School of St. Paul's Parish
to receive and hold property whose income shall not
exceed the annual sum of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.)
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Boys' School of St. Paul's Parish, incorpo-

rated under Chapter 95 of the Acts of 1856 of the General
Assembly of Maryland, be and the same is hereby authorized
to take property of all kinds by gift, legacy, devise or other-
wise, by any name designated for or intended for the said
corporation, and that no misnomer shall render the same
invalid, provided such design or intent appears. That said
corporation may take and hold property of all kinds in
manner aforesaid, whose income shall not exceed the annual
sum of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.)
SEC. 2. That the existence of said corporation is hereby

made perpetual; and this Act shall take effect from its pas-
sage, subject to the right of the State of Maryland to repeal,
alter or amend the same at pleasure.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
39 of Article 16 of the Code of Public General Laws,
title "Chancery."
