obtaining a divorce a vinculo matrimoni on the ground of
abandonment proved to be of the character and duration
specified in said Section 36.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 766.
AN ACT to repeal Section 5 of Article 62 of the Code of
Public General Laws, entitled "Marriage," and re-enact
the same with amendments.
SECTION. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

be set out in printed form to be signed by the person making
the application.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on January 1, 1907.
