53. To the bequest of two thousand dollars to the trustees
of Piney Creek Presbyterian Church, of Taneytown district,
Carroll county, Maryland.
54. To the bequest of two thousand dollars to the trustees
of the Taneytown Presbyterian Church, of Taneytown, Car-
roll county, Maryland.
55. To the bequest of five thousand dollars to the Western
Maryland College.
56. To the bequest of two thousand dollars to the vestry
of Ascension Church, Ascension Parish, in Westminster,
Carroll county, Maryland.
To the bequest contained in the last will and testament of
Andrew J. Boward, late of Washington county, Maryland,
deceased, as follows :
57. To the Long Meadow Dunkard Church, one hundred
dollars, the interest therefrom to be used in keeping up the
church and graveyard.
58. To the bequest contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Sarah C. Eany, deceased, taken from wills liber J.,
folio 540, one of the record books in the office of the register
of wills for Washington county, as follows: I give and
bequeath to the Church of Christ, in Hagerstown, Maryland,
known as the First Christian Church, and of which I am a
communicant member, the sum of one thousand dollars
($1,000).
59. To the bequest contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Nancy Catharine Wilson, deceased, recorded in
wills liber J., folio 176, in the office of the register of wills
for Washington county, Maryland, as follows :
Item: I give and bequeath the sum of fifty dollars to the
trustees of Mount Zion German Baptist Church of Washing-
ton county, commonly known as Fahrney's Church, and their
successors, the interest of said sum to be applied to the sup-
port of the ministers of said church.
60. To the bequest contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Nancy Catharine Wilson, deceased, taken from wills
liber J., folio 176, one of the record books kept in the office
of the register of wills for Washington county.
