Jones, admitted to probate in the Orphans' Court of Balti-
more city, and recorded in wills liber B. E. S. No. 96, folio

CHAP. 706

261, etc., which bequests are expressed in said will, as
follows :

45. I give and bequeath unto the trustees of Saint Barna-
bas Protestant Episcopal Church, situate at the corner of
Biddle street and Argyle avenue, in the city of Baltimore,
State of Maryland, the sum of one thousand dollars.

46. And also one-seventh part of all the rest and residue
of the estate of testatrix, the amount or value of said one-
seventh part being estimated by the executor at four hundred
and fifty dollars, more or less, bequeathed in the following
words: Another of said parts I give and bequeath unto the
trustees of Saint Barnabas Protestant Episcopal Church,
situated at the corner of Biddle street and Argyle avenue, in
the city of Baltimore, State of Maryland.

47. To the bequest of one hundred dollars contained in
the last will and testament of John A. Krouse, late of Carroll
county, deceased, to the Westminster Cemetery Company.

48. To the bequest of two hundred dollars contained in
the last will and testament of Henrietta A. Krouse, late of
Carroll county, deceased, to Benjamin's Reformed Church,
of Carroll county, commonly called Krider's Reformed
Church.

49. To the bequest of two hundred dollars contained in
the last will and testament of Henrietta A. Krouse, late of
Carroll county, deceased, to the consistory of St. Paul's
Reformed Church, of Westminster, Carroll county, Maryland.

50. To the bequest of five hundred dollars contained in
the last will and testament of John L. Reifsnider, late of
Carroll county, deceased, to the consistory of St. Paul's
Reformed Church, of Westminster, Carroll county, Maryland.

51. To the bequest of Elizabeth A. Shafer, late of Carroll
county, deceased, of three hundred dollars to trustees of
Benjamin's Reformed Church.

52. To the bequest of Elizabeth A. Shafer, late of Carroll
county, deceased, of the sum of fifty dollars to the trustees
of Benjamin's Reformed Church.

To the following bequests contained in the last will and
Testament of Sallie Long well, late of Carroll county, deceased :
