CHAP. 706

41. To the grant and conveyance by Charlotte A. Helfrish
to the "Baltimore City Missionary and Church Extension

Various gifts,
bequests,
etc.,
sanctioned.

Society of the Methodist Episcopal Church," a corporation
duly incorporated under the laws of Maryland, by deed
dated May 4, 1905. and recorded in Liber R. O. 2142, folio
174, etc., one of the land records of Baltimore city, of all
that lot or parcel of ground lying in said city and situated
on the southeast side of Columbia avenue, and particularly
the annual rental payable out of said lot and the reversion
thereof, as is particularly described in said deed.

42. To the grant and conveyance by George Miller to the
"Baltimore City Missionary and Church Extension Society
of the Methodist Episcopal Church," a corporation duly
incorporated under the laws of Maryland, by deed dated
the 22d day of June, 1905, and recorded among the land
records of Baltimore city, R. O. 2154, folio 503, etc., of all
that lot of ground and the buildings thereon lying in said
city and situated at the northwest corner of High and
Trinity streets and binding on Albermarle street, as par-
ticularly described in said deed.

43. To the grant and conveyance by Otto Goldbach to the
"Baltimore City Missionary and Church Extension Society
of the Methodist Episcopal Church," a corporation duly
incorporated under the laws of Maryland, by deed dated the
27th day of June, 1905, of all that lot of ground lying in
said city and situated at the northwest corner of Milton
avenue and Oliver street, as particularly described in said
deed, recorded in Liber R. O. No. 2156, folio 65, etc., one of
the land records of Baltimore city.

44. To the grant and conveyance by Marion Moale et al.
to the " Baltimore City Missionary and Church Extension
Society of the Methodist Episcopl Church," a corporation
duly incorporated under the laws of Maryland, by deed
dated June 27, 1905, and recorded among the land records
of Baltimore city, in Liber R. O. No. 2160, folio 285, etc.,
of all that parcel of ground lying in said city, and situated
at the southwest corner of Charles and Winder streets, as
particularly described in said deed.

To the following described bequests made to the vestry
of the Free Church of St. Barnabas, in the city of Balti-
more, under the will and testament of the late Margaret
