36. To the assignment of several lots of ground in Balti-
more city by the vestry of the Church of the Atonement of
Baltimore city to the vestry of St. Andrews Church in Balti-
more city, said lots being recorded in Liber R. O. No. 2184,
folio 18, etc., one of the land records of Baltimore city.

37. To the deed by John Stump and Mary A. Stump, his
wife, to the Presbyterian Church of Perryville, of a lot of
land situate at Perryville, Cecil county, Maryland, having a
front of 64 feet, a depth of 100 feet, a width at the rear of
44 feet, and having been conveyed for the purpose of erect-
ing thereon a house of worship, but which purpose was
inadvertently omitted to be stated in the deed, which -bears
date September 29, 1888, and is recorded in the land
records of Cecil county, Maryland, in Liber J. A. D. No. 15,
folio 443, etc.

38. To the devise and bequest of certain lands, premises
and securities, or the proceeds from sale of same, in Norfolk,
Virginia, and in Baltimore county, State of Maryland, under
the last will and testament of Reverend Matthew O'Keefe,
late of Baltimore county, State of Maryland, deceased, to
Reverend George W. Devine, in trust, for the purpose therein
set forth, said will bearing date December 31, 1902, and
recorded in the office of the Register of Wills for Baltimore
county, in Liber J. E. B. No. 14, folio 55, etc.

39. To the grant and conveyance by Charles W. Ridgely and
wife to the board of beneficence of St. John's Independent
Methodist Protestant Church in the city of Baltimore, a cor-
poration duly incorporated June 18, 1880, and recorded
among the land records of Baltimore city, in Liber F. A. P.
No. 872, folio 103, etc., of all that lot of ground lying in
said city and located at the northeast corner of Montford
avenue and McElderry street, as particularly described in
said deed.

40. To the grant and conveyance by Alexander Y. Dolfield
and wife to the "Baltimore City Missionary and Church
Extension Society of the Methodist Episcopal Church" of
Baltimore city, a corporation duly incorporated under the
laws of Maryland, by deed dated January 3, 1905, and
recorded among the land records of said city in Liber R. O.
No. 2125, folio 362, etc., of all that lot of ground lying in
said city situated at the northeast corner of Montford avenue
and McElderry street, as particularly described in said deed.
