Various gifts,
bequests,
etc.,
sanctioned.

5. To the convention of the Protestant Episcopal Church
of the Diocese of Maryland, a gift in trust of two thousand
dollars, made June 14, 1904, from the vestry of Trinity
church, Baltimore, to be invested, and the income thereof to
be paid to the vestry of the Church of the Holy Comforter,
Baltimore city, for the use of that church.

6. To a gift to said body of five thousand dollars, made
December 7, 1904, by the family of the late William Keyser,
in accordance with instructions received from him, the same
to be invested and the income therefrom to be exclusively
used for repairs and improvements of the edifice and grounds
and inclosure thereof, and to the insurance of All Saint's
Church, Reisterstown parish, in Baltimore county.

7. To a bequest to said body of five thousand dollars,
under the will of the late W. Graham Bowdoin, admitted to
probate in the Orphans' Court of Baltimore city, and recorded
in Wills Liber, B. E. S. No. 94, folio 386, etc., for the benefit
of the superannuated and disabled clergy fund.

8. To the following legacies bequeathed to the vestry of
St. Paul's Parish in Baltimore county for the use of said
vestry, as set forth in certain wills.

9. To the bequest of five thousand dollars contained in
the last will and testament of W. Graham Bowdoin, pro-
bated in the Orphans' Court of Baltimore city in the year
1904, said bequest to be used for the endowment fund of
St. Paul's Church.

10. To the bequest of five thousand dollars contained in
the last will and testament of Dr. Charles C. Shippen, pro-
bated in the Orphans' Court of Baltimore city in the year
1905, said bequest to be used for the endowment fund of St.
Paul's Church.

11. To the bequest of two thousand dollars contained in
the last will and testament of Harriet Lane Johnston for
the certain purpose of preserving a memorial window at
St Paul's Church, said will being of record in Washington,
District of Columbia.

12. To the sale, grant and deed of a certain lot of ground
containing about seven-eights of an acre of land on Jones'
creek, in Patapsco neck, in Baltimore county, to North Point
Methodist Episcopal Church, South, of Baltimore county,
