of Maryland be and the same are hereby declared, given and
granted to the following gifts, bequests, devises, grants, sales,

leases and deeds, to and for the use and benefit of certain
ministerial persons, religious corporations, denominations or
sects, and to certain charitable institutions as herein set
forth :

1. To the devise and bequest made by and contained in
the second item of the codicil to the last with and testament
of John W. Bourke of Baltimore city, deceased, to the trus-
tees of the Calvary Methodist Episcopal Church, South, in
the city of Baltimore.

2. To the gift and bequest of two thousand dollars to the
vestry of Ascension Parish of the Protestant Episcopal
Church of Westminster, Maryland, from Sallie Longwell,
deceased, made by her last will and testament dated January
18, 1897, and duly admitted to probate by the Orphans'
Court of Carroll county, and now of record in the office of
the Register of Wills of said county, in Liber J. D. B. No. 9,
folio 486, etc.

3. To a deed from William K. Dodson, and Sarah A.
Dodson, his wife; Richard S. Dodson and Maria F. Dodson,
his wife; Robert A. Dodsou and M. Addie Dodson, his wife ;
Henry Clay Dodson and Martha N. Dodson, his wife; C.
Marion Dodson and M. Virginia Dodson, his wife; David C.
Ridgway and Amelia J. Ridgway, his wife; Melancthon I.
Dodson and M. Augusta Dodson, his wife; John W. Grandy
and Nettie E. Grandy, his wife, to the trustees of the Meth-
odist Episcopal Church in the town of St. Michaels, known
as " Sardis Chapel," bearing date January 18, 1883, and
duly of record in Liber J. F. T. No. 96, folio 218, etc., one
of the land record books of Talbot county.

4. To the sale, grant and deed in fee simple, by Benjamin
H. D. Bull et al., trustees, to the vestry of Grace Protestant
Episcopal Church, of a lot of ground situated in the city of
Baltimore, State of Maryland, at the northeast corner of
Park avenue and Monument street, fronting one hundred
feet on Monument street, with a depth of one hundred and
fifty feet on Park avenue, said deed bearing date July 9.
1904, and being recorded among the land records of Balti-
more city, in Liber R. O. No. 2085, folio 137.
