CHAPTER 1.0.
AN ACT to pay the claim of William J. C. Dulany Company
for stationery furnished the Court of Appeals, the Library
of the State, the Executive Department and the General
Assembly of Maryland for the session of 1906.
SECTION 1, Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

land, That the Comptroller of the Treasury be and he is
hereby authorized to issue his warrant upon the Treasurer
for the sum of six thousand three hundred and sixty-three
66/100 dollars in favor of the said William J. C. Dulany
Company, for supplies furnished to the Court of Appeals,
the Library of the State, the Executive Department and the
General Assembly of Maryland for the session of 1906, the
said supplies having been contracted for under the provisions
of Chapter 397, Acts of 1904.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.
Approved February 16, 1906.

CHAPTER 11.
AN ACT to repeal Section 213, as amended by Chapter
370 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland
of 1902, and Section 214 and 220 as amended by Chapter
318 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland
of 1896; of Article 20 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland, title " Somerset County," sub-title "Revenue
and Taxes," relating to the appointment of County
Treasurer, and Clerk of the County Commissioners, and
Collectors of the State and County Taxes in Somerset
County; and to enact the following sections in lieu
thereof.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
