and known as Sections 17 A and 17 B, respectively, and
also two new sections to follow Section 29, to be numbered
and known as Sections 29 A and 29 B, respectively; and to
repeal all sections and sub-sections of the sub-title
" Pocomoke," of Article 24 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, title "Worcester County," (except
the sections, sub-sections and Acts of Assembly herein
specially excepted from repeal), whether said sections or
sub-sections are contained in the Code of Public Local
Laws or in Acts of Assembly passed since the adoption
and publication of the said Code of Public Local Laws,
and to re-enact the several sections of the said sub-title
"Pocomoke," of said Article 24 of the Code of Public
Local Laws, with amendments, from Section 202 to Sec-
tion 215, both inclusive, and to add fourteen new sections
thereto, to follow Section 215, and to be numbered and
known as Sections 215 A, 215 B, 216 C, 215 D, 215 E, 215F,
215 G, 215 H, 215 I, 215 J, 215 K, 215 L, 215 M, 215 N,
respectively.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

Repeal and
re-enact.

land, That Chapter 264 of the Acts passed at the January
Session of the year 1890, entitled "An Act to amend Article
24 of the Local Laws of Maryland, entitled ' Worcester
County,' sub-title 'Pocomoke,' by adding new Sections 216,
217, 218, 219 and 220," be and the same is hereby repealed,
and also Chapter 189 of the Acts passed at the January Ses-
sion of the year 1892, entitled "An Act to repeal Sections
202 to 215, both inclusive, of Article 24 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title ' Worcester County, '
sub-title 'Pocomoke,' and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments as the said Chapter 189 of the Acts of 1892 is
amended, or intended to be amended by Chapter 208 of the
Acts passed at the January Session of the year 1904," and
as the said Chapter 189 of the Acts of 1892 is further
amended and added to by Chapter 440 of the Acts passed
at the January Session of the year 1904, entitled "An Act
to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections 24 and 29
of Chapter 189 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland, passed at the January Session of the year 1892,''
