failed to comply with the provisions of this section providing
for the payment of their portion of the cost of conducting
the said primary election.
SEC. 21. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 549.
AN ACT to repeal Chapter 264 of the Acts passed at the
January Session of the year 1890, entitled " An Act to
amend Article 24 of the Local Laws of Maryland, entitled
'Worcester County,' sub-title ' Pocomoke,' by adding
new Sections 216, 217, 218, 219 and 220," and to repeal
Chapter 189 of the Acts passed at the January Session of
the year 1892, entitled " An Act to repeal Sections 202 to
215, both inclusive, of Article 24 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title 'Worcester County,' sub-
title ' Pocomoke,' and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments, as said Chapter 189 of the Acts of 1892 was
amended or intended to be amended by Chapter 208 of
the Acts passed at the January Session of the year 1904,"
entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact with amendments
Section 5 of Chapter 189 of the Acts of 1902, entitled
An Act to repeal Sections 202 to 215, both inclusive, of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title Wor-
cester County,' sub-title 'Pocomoke City;' and as said
Chapter 189 of the Acts of 1892 was also amended by
Chapter 440 of the Acts passed at the January Session of
the year 1904, entitled An Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments Sections 24 and 25 of Chapter 189 of the
Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the
January Session of the year 1892, entitled " An Act to
repeal Sections 202 to 215, both inclusive, of Article 24
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title
' Worcester County,' sub-title ' Pocomoke,' and to re-enact
the same with amendments; " and also to add two new sec-
tions thereto, to follow Section 17 and to be numbered
