entitled "An Act to repeal Sections 202 to 215, both inclu-
sive, of Article 24 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, title ' Worcester County,' sub-title 'Pocomoke,'
and to re-enact the same with amendments," and also to add
two new sections thereto, to follow Section 17, and to be
numbered and known as Sections 17 A and 17 B, respectively,

and also two new sections to follow Section 29, to be num-
bered and known as Section's 29 A and 29 B, respectively, be
and the same is hereby repealed (both all unrepealed sec-
tions of Chapter 189 of the Acts of 1892, and all amended
sections or new sections and sub-sections substituted for or
added to the original sections of said Act by said Chapters
208 and 440 of the Acts of 1904), and all sections and sub-
sections of the sub-title "Pocomoke " of the Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws, Article 24, title "Worcester County," are
hereby repealed (except such sections, sub-sections or Acts
of Assembly as may be herein specially excepted from
repeal), whether said sections or sub- sections be contained
in the published Code of Public Local Laws or in the sev-
eral Acts above named, or in any other Acts of Assembly
passed since the adoption of the Code of Public Local Laws,
and the said sections of the sub-title "Pocomoke," Article 24
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Wor-
cester County," from Sections 202 to 215, both inclusive,
are hereby re-enacted with amendments, and 14 additional
new sections are hereby added thereto to follow Section 215,
with order below named, so that said sub-title "Pocomoke"
shall contain twenty-eight sections, to be numbered and
known as Sections 202, 203, 204, 205, 206, 207, 208, 209,
210, 211, 212, 213, 214, 215, 215 A, 215B, 215 C, 215 D,
215 E, 215 F, 215 G, 215 H, 215 I, 215 J, 215 K, 215 L, 215 M,
215 N, respectively, to follow each other in the order named,
and to read as follows :

heretofore been, a body corporate under the name and title
of the Mayor and Council of Pocomoke City, with all the
rights, franchises, powers, prerogatives and privileges which,
at the date of this enactment, they do, as a body corporate,
have, hold and possess and as well all the rights, franchises,
powers, privileges and prerogatives which are given under
this enactment, and that may hereafter be given, acquired
