trustees of Faith Presbyterian Church of Baltimore city, and
the Young Men's Christian Association of Baltimore City,
recorded among the Land Records of said city in Liber R. O.
No. 1905, folio 145.

Ninety-Eighth. To the conveyance of certain property by
Alien K. Wood to the trustees of the Boundary Avenue
Methodist Episcopal Church of Baltimore city, by deed dated
December 21, 1901, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore city, March 14, 1902, in Liber R. O., 1947.

Ninety-Ninth. To the devise under the will of Mary A.
Wright, late of Baltimore city, deceased, to the Vestry of St.
Paul's Parish, Kent county, Maryland, known by the name of
"St. Paul's Episcopal Church," Kent county, Maryland, of all
that tract of land, containing one hundred and eighty-one
acres of land, more or less, situate in the third election dis-
trict of Kent county, Maryland, on the public road leading
from Chestertown to Worten Point, known as Doe Neck, and
adjoining the lands of Dr. Samuel Beck, Joseph W. Edwards
et al., as made by said will, of record in the office of the Reg-
ister of Wills of Baltimore city, in Wills Liber S. R. M., No.
86, folio 227, &c.

One Hundredth. To the deed and conveyance from William
Mills et al. to the Methodist Episcopal Church at Madison,
Dorchester county, Maryland, a body corporate, of a lot of
land in said village of Madison, which is fully described in
said deed, which bears date October 13, 1890, and recorded
among the Land Records of Dorchester county, aforesaid, in
Liber C. L., No. 14, folio 424.

One Hundred and One. To a deed and conveyance from
William S. Tilghman, William Hurst, John N. Moore, Benja-
min Gard, Joseph H. and Mary A. Conkle, John Hurst and
Myrtle L. Hurst, to the trustees of the Methodist Episcopal
Church at Secretary, Dorchester county, Maryland, of a lot of
ground situate in said village of Secretary, containing one-
fourth of an acre of land, more or less, and fully described in
the aforementioned deed bearing date March 19, 1902, and
intended to be recorded among the Land Records of Dor-
chester county aforesaid.

One Hundred and Two. To the bequest under the will of
Cyrus Routzahan, late of Frederick county. Maryland,
deceased, of certain property in said will mentioned and
described to the trustees of the Church of Mt. Zion, United
Brethren in Christ, of Myersville, Frederick county, Mary-
land, a body corporate.
