CHAP 682.

Various gifts,
bequests,
etc.,
sanctioned.

Ninety-Second. To the sale by James W. Owens, assignee
of a tract of land located in the fourth election district of
Anne Arundel county, known as the Dicers Mill property,
containing sixty acres of land, more or less, to the vestry of
St. Margaret's Westminster Parish of Anne Arundel county,
in the Protestant Episcopal Diocese of Maryland, said sale
evidenced by deed to be recorded among the Land Records
of Anne Arundel county aforesaid.

Ninety-Third. To the sale and conveyance from Oliver E.
Read to the Hamilton Presbyterian Church of Baltimore
county, Maryland, a body corporate under the laws of Mary-
land, by bond for conveyance recorded among the Land
Records of said county, in Liber N. B. M. 251, folio 572, etc.,
and a deed in fee dated February 28, 1902, and recorded
among said Land Records, of all that lot of ground situate
and lying in Baltimore county, being part of a tract of land
called Grindon and known as lot No. 9, on a plat of a part of
Grindon recorded in Liber J. W. S. No. 1 of the plat records
of Baltimore county, which lot is particularly described in
said bond of conveyance from said Read to said church.
Ninety-Fourth. To a legacy of two hundred dollars under
the last will and testament of Amanda Sherlock, late of Balti-
more city, deceased, to the Home Missionary Society of the
Westminster Presbyterian Church of Baltimore city.
Ninety-Fifth. To the legacy of one hundred dollars under
said will of said Amanda Sherlock to John Lee Allison,
pastor of the Westminster Presbyterian Church of Baltimore
city.
Ninety-Sixth. To the deed from the trustees of the Twelfth
Presbyterian Congregation in the city of Baltimore to the
board of trustees of the Presbytery of Baltimore, said deed
bearing date February 13, 1902, and left for record among
the Land Records of Baltimore city, on the 10th day of
March, 1902.

Ninety-Seventh. To the gift and bequest of one-third of
the residue of his property to the trustees of Faith Presby-
terian Church of Baltimore City, contained in the last will
and testament of John V. L. Graham, late of Baltimore city,
deceased, said will being probated October 9, 1899, and of
record in the office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore
city, in Wills Liber S. R. M. No. 83, folio 108, a description
of which one-third of said residue is showu in the executor's
account recorded in said office of the Register of Wills in
Liber S. R. M. No. 167, folio 457, and in the grant to the
party of the second part in a deed of partition between the
committee of the Presbyterian Church of Baltimore city, the
