Seventy-Sixth. To a bequest under the will of William F.
Carr, of tive shares of par value of one hundred dollars each
of class D permanent full-paid and non-assessable stock of the
Guarantee Building and Loan Association of Baltimore City,
Maryland (stock certificate No. 264), to the trustees of the
Church of the United Brethren in Christ of Keedysville,
Maryland.

Seventy-Seventh. To the following bequests under the last
will and testament of Mary E. Mumma, late of Washington
county, Maryland, deceased: (A) A bequest of eighteen hun-
dred dollars to the Deaconess' Board of the General Synod of
the Evangelical Lutheran Church in the United States of
America, the home board being now located in Baltimore,
Maryland ; (B) A bequest of one hundred dollars to "Momma's
Graveyard Endowment Association of Washington County,
Maryland ;" (C) The bequest of the rest and residue of her
estate to the National Home for the Aged of Washington,
D. C.

Seventy-Eighth. To a bequest of fifty dollars under the will
of Elizabeth Shirley, late of Washington county, deceased, to
Saint Mary's Roman Catholic Church of Hagerstown, Mary-
land.

Seventy-Ninth. To a bequest of one hundred dollars under
the will of Benjamin F. Keys, of Washington county, Mary-
land, late deceased, to Saint Mary's Roman Catholic Church
of Hagerstown.

Eightieth. To the bequest under the will of Lorenz Kam-
merer, late of Washington county, Maryland, deceased, of one
hundred dollars to the Sisters of the Poor of Washington,
D. C.

Eighty-First. To the bequest of five hundred dollars under
the will of Sarah B. Wright, late of Washington county,
Maryland, deceased, to Saint Joseph's Convent, situate at
Chestnut Hill, Philadelphia, Pa.

Eighty-Second. To the following bequests under the last
will and testament of May berry Goheen, late of Washington
county, Maryland, deceased, to wit: (A.) A bequest of five
thousand dollars to the Freemen's Aid Society of the Metho-
dist Episcopal Church, a corporation incorporated under the
laws of Ohio; to the Missionary Society of the Methodist
Episcopal Church, a corporation under the laws of New
York, and to the Board of Church Extension of the Metho-
dist Episcopal Church, a corporation incorporated under
the laws of Pennsylvania, each one-third, as contained in
the first item of said will. (B) To the bequest of five
