bequest of fifty dollars to Saint Joseph's Seminary of Balti-
, more city; 2d, a bequest of fifty dollars to the Rev, James
Gibbons, the present Roman Catholic Archbishop of Baltimore,
and his successors, a corporation sole; and 3d, a bequest and
devise of all the rest and residue of said easate to Rev.
James Gibbons, aforesaid.
Seventieth. To the following bequests under the last will
and testament of Emily C. Hiser, late of Baltimore city,
deceased, said will being of record among the testamentary
records in the office of the Register of Wills for Baltimore
city, "to wit: (A) A bequest of six hundred dollars to "The
vestry of Mount Calvary Church, Baltimore; " (B) A
bequest of two hundred and fifty dollars to "The Vestry of St.
George's Church of Baltimore city. "
Seventy-First. To the gift of C. C. Baldwin, late of New
York, deceased, of ten thousand dollars to "The Trustees of
the Baldwin Memorial Church of Anne Arundel county. "
Seventy-Second. To the bequest of Jemima L. Jabobs,
deceased, of McKaig, Frederick county, Maryland, of certain
deposits in the Frederick Town Savings Institution, the Frank-
lin Savings Bank and a mortgage from Ezra Heard, dated
April 27. 1863, the entire amount of the same being six
hundred and forty-six dollars, as appears by her will, recorded
in the office of the Register of Wills for Frederick county,
and the appraised value of which is seven hundred and fifty-
seven dollars, to the trustees of the Baltimore Conference of
the Methodist Episcopal Church for the use and benefit of the
Mount Zion Methodist Epsicopal Church, situated at McKaig,
Frederick county, Maryland.
Seventy-Third. To a deed of Thomas N. Lee, Cassandra
Lee and "Lawrence N. Lee, dated February 25, 1902, of a
lot of ground of one and one-half acres in the eighth district
of Baltimore county, and described fully in said deed, to the
trustees of Mays Methodist Episcopal Church of Hunt's Cir-
cuit, Baltimore county, and State of Maryland.
Seventy-Fourth. To a deed from William Livingston Brnen,
of Washington, D. C., of a lot of ground 52x117 feet,
improved by a brick church and Sunday school rooms, situated
in said city on Eleventh street, between G and I streets, south-
west, to the trustees of the Baltimore Annual Conference of
the Methodist Episcopal Church.
Seventy-Fifth. To a bequest of five hundred dollars under
the last will and testament of Samuel J. Binkley, late of
Washington county, deceased, to the First Baptist Church
Congregation of Hagerstown, Maryland.
