Various gifts,
bequests,
etc..
sanctioned.

thousand dollars to the said Freedmen's Aid Society of the
Methodist Episcopal Church, as contained in the fifth item
of said will. (C) The bequest of one thousand dollars to
the Methodist Episcopal Hospital in the city of Brooklyn,
New York, contained in the sixth item of said will. (D)
The bequest of one thousand dollars to the trustees of the
Woman's College of Baltimore City, as contained in the
seventh item of said will. (E) The bequest of tive thousand
dollars to the trustees of the members of the Methodist Epis-
copal Church of the Hagerstown Station, as contained in the
ninth item of said will ; and (F) to the bequest of ail the rest
and residue of testator's estate, as follows: One-half to the
Missionary Society of the Methodist Episcopal Church, and
the ether one-half to the Board of Church Extension of the
Methodist Episcopal Church, as contained in the tenth item
of said will.

Eighty-Third. To the bequest under the last will and testa-
ment of Anne Franklin, late of Anne Arundel county,
deceased, said will bearing date June 2, 1896, and recorded in
the office of the Register of Wills of Anne Arundel county,
in Wills Liber R. B., No. 1, said bequest being in words
following, to wit : "I direct my executor, hereinafter named,
to pay to the convention of the Protestant Episcopal Church,
in the diocese of Maryland, the sum of five hundred dollars, to
be expended at the discretion of the committee of missions of
said convention for the relief of weak parishes in said diocese.

Eighty-Fourth. To a bequest of one hundred dollars under
the last will and testament of Elizabeth Turner, late .of Kent
county, Maryland, deceased, "to the Board of Trustees of
Shrewsbury Episcopal Church," said will bearing date —— ,
1895. and probated July 31, 1900, and of record in the office
of the Register of Wills for Kent county.

Eighty-Fifth. To the following bequests under the last will
and testament of Elizabeth Jane Baile, late of Carroll county,
deceased, said will hearing date June 25, 1901, and recorded
in the office of the Register of Wills of Carroll county, in
Liber J. B. B., No. 9, folio 60, etc., to wit : (A) To St.
Luke's Evangelical Lutheran Church (Winters), near New
Windsor, Maryland, a ground rent known as No. 1919 Payson
street, Baltimore, Maryland, of one thousand dollars, and to
the yearly rent of sixty dollars. (B) To New Windsor
Presbyterian Church of New Windsor, Maryland, a ground
rent known as No, 1917 Payson street, Baltimore, Maryland,
of one thousand dollars, and the yearly rent of sixty dollars.
(C) To St. Paul's Methodist Episcopal Church of New
