Professors of Loyola College, in the city of Baltimore ; (C)
A bequest of one hundred dollars to the House of the Good
Shepherd, of the city of Baltimore, Maryland ; (D) A bequest
of one hundred dollars to St. Vincent's Male Orphan Asylum ;
(E) A bequest of two hundred dollars to Rev. Joseph C.
Andries; (F) A bequest of eight hundred and thirty-one
dollars and seventy-three cents to Rev. Edmund Didier.
Twenty-Fifth. To the bequest of one hundred dollars to
"The Redemptorists," a body corporate, made by and con-
tained in the last will and testament of Anna Krener, late of
Baltimore city, deceased.
Twenty-Sixth. To the bequest of two hundred ($200)
dollars to the Rev. James A. Cunningham, for masses, con-
tained in the last will and testament of Michael I. Sweeney,
late of Baltimore city, deceased.
Twenty-Seventh. To the sales and grants by Charles
O'Donovan, George W. Mittenberger, W. Chen Yan Bibber,
and Christopher Johnson, trustees, George H. Steuart, trustee,
Maria II. Steuart, George H. Steuart, Frederick Mead, Mary
E. Mead, Mary Gertrude Abbey, Edwin A. Abbey and
Frederick Mead and Thomas Thacker, trustees, to "The
Sisters of Bon Secours for the care of the sick of Baltimore
city," a body corporate, duly incorporated under the laws of
Maryland, of all their, the said grantors, right, title, interest
and estate in and to the several lots of ground situated in the
city of Baltimore, and State of Maryland, bounded by Fayette
street on the north, Baltimore street on the south, Payson
street on the east and Pulaski street on the west; said sales
and grants being evidenced by the following deeds to the said
body corporate, viz. : One from Charles O'Donovan, George
W. Mittenberger, W. Cheu Yan Bibber, and Christopher
Johnson, trustees, dated July 8, 1882; another from Maria
Steuart, dated January 10, 18S4; another from George H.
Steuart, trustee, dated January 16, 1884; another from
George H. Steuart, trustee, dated July 20, 1888 ; another
from Maria H. Steuart, dated. July 17, 1888; another from
Maria H. Steuart, dated August 10, 1891 ; another from
George H. Steuart, dated August 19, 1891 ; and another from
Frederick Mead, Mary E. Mead, Mary Gertrude Abbey, Edwin
A. Abbey and Frederick Mead and Thomas Thacker, trustees,
dated November 6, 1900; and recorded respectively among
the Land Records of Baltimore city, in Liber F. A. P., No.
936, folio 383, etc.; in Liber J. B., No. 993, folio 369; in
Liber J. B., No. 993, folio 369, etc. ; in Liber J. B., No. 1201,
