Seventeenth. To the bequest contained in the said will of
said Margaret Scotten of three hundred dollars to Reverend
Thomas S. Holt, a Methodist Episcopal minister, stationed in
Caroline county, Maryland.

Eighteenth. To two bequests contained in the last will and
testament of Mary S. Martindale, late of Chester county,
deceased ; the first to the trustees in charge of the real estate
of East Nottingham Meeting of the Society of Friends,
located in Cecil county, Maryland, and known as "The Brick
Meeting House;" and secondly, to the trustees of the Friends
Meeting, located on Park avenue, in the city of Baltimore.

Nineteenth. To the bequest contained in the last will and
testament of Rebecca Woolsey, late of Harford county,
deceased, to the trustees of the Churchville Presbyterian Con-
gregation of Harford county.

Twentieth. To the sale, grant and deed made and executed
by Charles M. Armstrong and Harriet C. Armstrong, his wife,
of a lot of ground situate at Popular Hill, Patapsco Neck,
Baltimore county, containing about one-half an acre of land,
to The North Point Methodist Episcopal Church-, South, of
Baltimore county, said deed bearing date February 21st,
A. D. 1902, and recorded among the Land Records of said
county in Liber N. B. M., No. 254, folio, 77, etc.; and that
said lot of ground shall vest in fee simple in said body cor-
porate, its successors and assigns, with the right to sell, lease
or otherwise dispose of the same as if said body corporate was
an individual.

Twentieth A. To the sale, grant and deed made and
executed by Thomas B. Todd and Sarah R. Todd, his wife, of
a lot of ground situated at Poplar Hill, Patapsco Neck, Balti-
more county, containing about one-half acre of land, to North
Point Methodist Episcopal Church, South, of Baltimore
county, said deed bearing date February 26, A. D., 1902, and
recorded among the Land Records of said county in Liber N.
B. M., No. 254, folio 79, etc.

Twenty-First. To the following bequests contained in the
last will and testament of Catherine Getty, late of Baltimore
city, deceased, viz : (A) A bequest of two thousand dollars
to the society of Saint Vincent de Paul of the city of Balti-
more ; (B) two separate bequests of two hundred and titty
dollars each to the Saint Vincent's Infant Asylum of the city
of Baltimore and to the Sisters of Mercy in the city of Balti-
more for the use of the Baltimore City Hospital ; (C) four
separate bequests of two hundred dollars each, as follows:
to St. Agnes' Hospital of Baltimore city, located at Mount
