CHAP. 638.

Various Rifts,
bequests,
etc.,
sanctioned.

Snow Hill, Maryland, to the Vestry of All Hallows Parish,
in Worcester county.

Ninth A. To the bequest contained in said last will and
testament of said Susan R. Bonsai, in the words, following,
to wit: I give, devise and bequeath to the said trustees of
Princeton University, at Princeton, New Jersey, the sum of
one thousand dollars, to be used by said trustees for the
endowment of a scholarship in said university, to be called
the J. S. Bonsai Scholarship.
Tenth. To two bequests in said Leah J. Tingle's last will and
testament of one hundred dollars each to the vestry of said
All Hallows Parish, as mentioned in items numbers four and
twenty-one, respectively, of said will.
Eleventh. To the devise and bequest in the last will and
testament of said Leah J. Tingle by the 22d item of her will,
in words following, to wit: All the rest and residue of my
estate I hereby give, bequeath and devise to the said vestry of
all Hallows Parish, in Worcester county, the income therefrom
to be used by said vestry in beautifying the cemetery con-
nected with the said parish church and to be used for no other
purpose.
Twelfth. To the bequest of one hundred dollars to Rev.
Wm. C. Butler, rector of All Hallows Parish, in Worcester
county, contained in the last will and testament of said Leah
J. Tingle.
Thirteenth. To the bequests and devises to the Baltimore
Monthly Meeting of Friends, Park avenue, of the remainder
in twenty-five shares of the stock of the Consolidated Gas
Company (Baltimore), and the rest and residue of the estate
of John Jerrett, late of Baltimore city, deceased, contained in
the last will and testament of John Jerrett.
Fourteenth. To the bequest contained in the last will and
testament of Margaret Scotten, late of Cecil county, Maryland,
deceased, of tive hundred dollars, to the St. John's Methodist
Episcopal Church of Cecil county, Maryland.
Fifteenth. To the bequest contained in the said will of
Margaret Scotten of two hundred and fifty dollars to the trus-
tees of the St. John's Methodist Episcopal Church in Cecil
county, for the benefit of the parsonage connected with said
church.
Sixteenth. To the bequest contained in the will of said
Margaret Scotten of one hundred and fifty dollars to the St.
John's Methodist Episcopal Church in Cecil county, for the
benefit of the missionary society connected with said church.
