Sixth. To the bequest contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Susan R. Bonsall, late of Frederick county, deceased,"
said will having been dated March, 1899, probated July 9,
1900, and recorded in Liber C. E. S. No. 1, folio 23, among
the testamentary records, in the office of the Register of
Wills for Frederick county, in words following, to wit : "I
give and bequeath to the Trustees of the Evangelical Educa-
tion Society of the Protestant Episcopal Church the sum of
one thousand dollars."
Seventh. To the bequest contained in said last will and
testament of Susan R. Bonsall, in words following, to wit :
"I give and bequeath to the Real Estate Title Insurance and
Trust Company of Philadelphia, and located in the city of
Philadelphia, the sum of six thousand dollars, in trust, to
invest the same and to pay the net income and profits arising
from the same equally to Eleanor S. Hand, Mary K. Hand,
Lydia Hand, Laura Hand, Parmalee and Margaret Hand,
wife of J. H. Hand, for and during their lives and until the
death of the last survivor of them, my intent being that the
net income of the above trust fund of six thousand dollars
shall be divided equally among the five persons herein named,
and upon the death of one or either of them, then the net
income from the said trust fund of six thousand dollars shall
be equally distributed among the survivors until the death of
the last one of the five legatees named in this clause, and
immediately upon the death of the last of the tive named
legatees, then the principal sum of six thousand dollars I give
and bequeath to the Domestic and Foreign Missionary Society
of the Protestant Episcopal Church in the United States of
America, free, clear and discharged from all trusts and limita-
tions."
Eighth. To the bequest contained in the twelfth clause of
said last will and testament of said Susan R. Bonsall in words
following, to wit : "All the rest and residue of my estate,
including any one of the devises and bequests hereinbefore
given, which from any cause shall fail to take effect, I give
and bequeath to the Domestic and Foreign Missionary
Society of the Protestant Episcopal Church in the United
States of America, to be used by said society for the endow-
ment of scholarships in some mission school supported and
maintained in whole or in part by said missionary society,
preference to be given to such schools as shall be designated
by Rev. Osborne Ingle within one year after my death."
Ninth. To the devise and gift contained in the last will and
testament of Leah J. Tingle, late of Worcester county,
deceased, of a house and lot on Federal street, in the town of
