of Maryland, passed at the January Session. 1894, entitled
an Act to repeal Sections 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Chapter 614 of
the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at
the January Session, 1890, amending certain Sections of
Article 3 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Baltimore
County," sub-title "Health and Sanitary Officers," and to
re-enact the same with amendments and additions thereto;
also to repeal Chapter 591 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland passed at Jannary Session of
1900, entitled "An Act to provide for a Sanitary Officer for
the 13th Election District of Baltimore County," and also to
repeal Sections 117, 118, 119, 120, 121, 122, 123, 124, 125,
126, 127, 123, 129, 130, 131 and 132 of Article 3 of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title "Baltimore County," sub-
title "Health and Sanitary Officers," and to re-enact the
same with amendments.

CHAP. 616.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That sections 10 and 13 of Article 43 of the Code
of Public General Laws of Maryland, title "Health," sub-
title "State Board of Health," be and the same are hereby
repealed so far as they relate to Baltimore county.

Repeal.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That chapter 460 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January
session, 1891, entitled an Act to repeal Sections 1, 2, 3 and
4 of chapter 614 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland, passed at the January session, 1890, amending cer-
tain sections of Article 3 of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title "Baltimore County," sub-title "Health and Sanitary
Officers," and to re-enact the same with amendments and
additions thereto, be and the same is hereby repealed.

Repeal.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted. That chapter 591 of the Acts of
1900, entitled "An Act to provide a sanitary officer for the
13th election district of Baltimore county," is hereby repealed,
and also that sections 117, 118, 119, 120, 121, 122, 123, 124,
125, 126, 127, 128, 129, 130, 131 and 132 of Article 3 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Baltimore
County," sub-title "Health and Sanitary Officers," be and the
same are hereby repealed and re-enacted, so as to read as
follows :
117. The County Commissioners shall, on the first Tuesday
in May, 1902, and on the first Tuesday in May each year
thereafter, appoint fifteen experienced physicians, residents of
Baltimore county, to serve as sanitary officers, viz.: One such
