Repeal

SECTION 1. Be it enacted ly the General Assembly of
Maryland, That sections 113 and 114 of Article 13 of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title "Harford County," sub-title
'Fish," be and the same are hereby repealed.

CHAPTER 483.
AN ACT to authorize and require the County Commissioners
of Frederick County to pay to the Mayor and Council of
Brunswick a proportion of the franchise tax paid by the
savings banks and other institutions and corporations located
within the taxable limits of Brunswick in said county.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That it shall be the duty of the County Commis-
sioner of Frederick county to pay over annually to the Mayor
and Council of Brunswick one-fourth of the franchise tax the
said County Commissioners shall receive under the provisions
of section eighty-six of Article eighty-one of the Code of
Public General Laws of Maryland, from every savings bank,
institution or corporation, organization for receiving deposits
of money and paying interest thereon, located within the tax-
able limits of Brunswick and having its principal office
therein.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 484.
AN ACT to authorize and direct the County Commissioners'
of Washington County to levy a sum of money to refund
to Harry F. Miller, of said county, certain taxes erroneously
paid by him.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the County Commissioners of Washington
county be and the same are hereby authorized and directed to
levy for the use of Harry F. Miller, of said county, the sum
of four dollars and twenty cents, amount of county taxes
erroneously paid by him for the year eighteen hundred and
ninety-nine.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.
