required or by their permission granted, and shall be entitled
to the same fees for such services as the clerk of the Circuit

fill said vacancy, who shall take the oath and give the bond

accounts and papers of every kind connected with his office.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act take effect from
the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 43.
AN ACT to amend Chapter three hundred and thirty-four
of the Acts of eighteen hundred and ninety, entitled "An
Act to regulate the sale and granting of licenses for the
sale of spirituous and fermented liquors in Baltimore
County," by adding three new Sections to said Act, to
follow immediately after Section 19, and to be known as
Section 19 A, Section 19 B and Section 19 c.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

substantial compliance with the provisions of section 3 of this
Act, regulating the application of an individual for a license,
shall include in the sworn application for such license a list
of the bona fide members of the club or corporation applying
for a license, and no such license shall be granted unless such
club or corporation shall own or regularly rent or lease a
habitation or place of meeting in Baltimore county.

Section 19 B. If any such club, association or corporation or
officer or agent thereof shall sell, g;ive, barter or in any way
furnish or dispense intoxicating liquor or any admixture
