two. And any person or persons, firm or corporation selling
liquors without a license, within one mile in all directions
from white public school number four, in said fifth election
district shall, upon indictment and conviction, be subject in
all respects to the provisions of the Code of Public General
Laws relating to the sale of liquors without a license.

CHAPTER 273.
AN ACT to authorize the Maryland Country Club of Balti-
more City to take out a license to sell liquors to its members
under the provisions of the Act of Assembly of 1898,
Chapter 246.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Maryland, That the Maryland Country Club of Baltimore
City be and it is hereby authorized to take out, and the clerk
of the Court of Common Pleas be and he is hereby authorized
to grant, under the provisions of the Act of Assembly of
eighteen hundred and ninety-eight, chapter two hundred
and forty-six, a license to said corporation to sell liquors to its
members at its club house on Mt. Royal avenue, in Baltimore
city.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 274.
AN ACT to repeal Section one hundred and twenty-two of
Article one of the Public Local Laws of Maryland, entitled
"Allegany County," sub-title "Fish."

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section one hundred and twenty-two of
Article one of Public Local Laws, entitled "Allegany County,"
sub-title "Fish," be and the same is hereby repealed.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.
