CHAPTER 243.

AN ACT to repeal Section 177 of Article 3 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Baltimore County,"
sub-title "Police and Police Stations," and to re-enact the
same with amendments.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted ly the General Assembly of

Repeal
and re-enact

Maryland, That section one hundred and seventy-seven of
Article three of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
title "Baltimore County," sub-title "Police and Police Stations,"
be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted, so as to
read as follows :
