merger by Trinity Methodist Episcopal Church, South, of
Baltimore City, of the ground rent and reversion in and to
the lot of ground in Baltimore City whereon is erected its
church and parsonage, as well as to the prior acquisition
and holding of the leasehold title therein.

CHAP. 239.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the sanction and consent of said General Assembly of Mary-
land be and it is hereby declared, given and granted to the
purchase by Trinity Methodist Episcopal Church, South, of
Baltimore city, from the Baltimore Hu mane Impartial Society
and Aged Women's and Aged Men's Homes, of the ground
rent of four hundred and twenty-five dollars per annum,
heretofore existing upon lot of ground in Baltimore city, at
the northernmost corner of Madison avenue and Preston
street, whereon is erected the church and parsonage of said
first-named body corporate, and to the extinguishment of said
rent and merger of the reversion in said lot with the lease-
hold title therein heretofore held by said body corporate, deed
dated the first day of February, 1901, and recorded among
the land records of Baltimore City, in Liber R. O. No. 1888,
folio 108, etc., as well as to the prior acquisition and holding
of the leasehold title in said lot by said body corporate.
And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 240.

AN ACT to repeal Sections two hundred and eight of
Article ten of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Dor-
chester County," sub-title "Liquors and Intoxicating
Drinks," and the amendments thereto made by the General
Assembly of Maryland, as follows, to wit : by Chapter 595
of the Acts of 1890, Chapter 60 of the Acts of 1894, and
Chapter 234: of the Acts of 1896, so far as the same are
applicable to Vienna Election District or Election District
No. 3, and Cambridge Election District or Election Dis-
trict No. 7, of Dorchester County.

Sanction
and consent
given.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections two hundred and eight of Article
ten of the Code of Public Local Laws, title " Dorchester
County," sub-title " Liquors and Intoxicating Drinks," and
the amendments thereto made by the General Assembly of
