Section 14, Sub-section 3. To establish the grades of the
streets, gutters and sidewalks of said town, fix the width
thereof and describe the material of which they shall be con-
structed, to cause the sidewalks along the public streets to be
graded, paved, repaved or improved, and the Council of the
Town of Kensington shall have power to lay sidewalks in said
town, and shall assess the cost thereof as follows : two-thirds
thereof against the abutting property owner or owners, and
one-third thereof against all the assessable property in the
corporate limits of said town, and the said tax so assessed
shall become a lien against the taxable property in said town,
two-thirds thereof against the property owner or owners whose
property shall abut on said sidewalks, and one-third thereof
against all the taxable property in the corporate limits of
said town, and the said tax so assessed against the abutting
property and the said tax so assessed against all the property
in the corporate limits of said town for sidewalk improvements
may be recovered at law or in the manner provided by law for
the collection of delinquent State and county taxes, or said
Council of said Town of Kensington may, by fines or other-
wise, compel the owner or owners of any property, lot or lots
in said town to grade, pave or repave the sidewalks, or set
curbs in front thereof, agreeable to ordinances which may
hereafter be passed by the Council of said town.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect from the date of its
passage.

CHAPTER 222.
AN ACT to add a new Section to Article 23 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Wicomico County,"
sub-title "Birds and Game," to be designated as Section D,
providing for a license for non-resident gunners and hunters.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Maryland, That a new section be added to Article 23 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Wicomico
County," sub-title "Birds and Game," and to be designated as
section D, providing for a license for non-resident gunners
and hunters.

Section D. That no person not a bona fide resident of
Wicomico county, unless invited by and accompanying some
bona fide resident thereof, shall hunt for, shoot, catch or kill
in any manner any of the game, birds or animals mentioned
in the preceding sections of the Acts relating to birds and
