CHAPTER 212.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections
35 and 36 of Article 10, Public Local Laws, title " Dor-
chester County," sub-title " Birds and Game," as repealed
and re-enacted by Chapter 613 of the Acts of Assembly,
passed at the January Session, 1900.

Repeal and
re-enact.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 35 and 36 of Article 10, Public
Local Laws, title " Dorchester County," sub-title " Birds
and Game," as repealed and re-enacted by chapter 613
of the Acts of Assembly passed at the January Session, 1900,
be and the same are hereby repealed and re-enacted, to read as
follows :

SEC. 2. No person shall shoot or in any manner catch, kill
or have in his possession any partridge between the tenth day
of January and the tenth day of November next ensuing,
nor any rabbit between the tenth day of January and the
tenth day of November next ensuing, nor any woodcock
between the first day of January and the fifteenth day of
June next ensuing, nor any summer or wood duck between
the tenth day of November and the tenth day of January
next ensuing, nor shall any person trap any partridge or
destroy or molest the eggs or nests of any of the said birds at
any time.
SEC. 3. That any person who shall be convicted before any

justice of the peace for said county of violating the preceding
section, shall pay a fine of not less than five dollars nor more
than ten dollars, in the discretion of the justice of the peace,
for each and every partridge, rabbit, woodcock or summer or
wood duck, shot or in any manner caught, killed or found in
their possession, or for any partridge trapped, or for any part-
ridge eggs or nests wilfully or maliciously molested or
destroyed contrary to the preceding section, and in default of
payment of fine imposed, upon conviction, shall be committed
to the county jail until the tine and costs are paid.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

AN ACT authorizing the Police Commissioners of Baltimore
City to pay Alexander Miener a pension of nine dollars per
week.
