CHAPTER 182.
AN ACT to authorize the Board of Police Commissioners
of Baltimore City to increase the pension of Charles N.
Selvage, a retired policeman of the police force of Balti-
more City.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

CHAP. 182.

Maryland, That the Police Commissioners for the city of
Baltimore be and they are hereby authorized, in their discre-
tion, to pay to Charles N. Selvage, a retired policeman of the
police force of Baltimore city, out of the funds in hand of
said Board of Police Commissioners, known and accounted
for as the special funds, the sum of twelve dollars per week
for his life, in lieu of the sum of nine dollars per week now
paid him by the said board under the provisions of the Act of
the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January
Session of eighteen hundred and eighty-six.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from and after the day of its passage.
Approved April 8, 1902.

CHAPTER 183.
AN ACT to repeal Sections 114, 115, 115 A, 115 B, 115 C,
115 D, 115 B, 115 F, 115 G, 115 H, 115 I and 116 of Article
21 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Talbot
County," sub-title " Fish," as amended by Chapter 696 of
the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of the
year 1900, and to re-enact the same with amendments, and
to add thereto additional sections, sub-title " Terrapin and
Crabs."

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That sections 114, 115, 115 A, 115B, 115C, 115 D,

115 E, 115 F, 115 G, 115 H, 115 I and 116 of Article 21 of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title " Talbot County," sub-title
" Fish," as amended by chapter 696 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland of the year 1900, be and the
same are hereby repealed and re-enacted, so as to read as
follows :

Repeal
and re-enact.

114. It shall be unlawful for any person to take, capture
or destroy fish in the waters of Talbot county, except as pro-
vided in the succeeding sections.
115. It shall be lawful to catch fish in the waters of the
Miles river and all of its tributaries, and in all the tributaries
