CHAP. 119.

Jefferson Shanklin, Charles H. Buckman, William E. Stans-
bury and Charles M. Armstrong, Trustees, to said body
corporate, and of Jacob H. Taylor, Sarah R. Taylor, Ann
P. D. Taylor, William E. Stansbury, Alice M. Stansbury
and Ann M. Taylor to the same, and to the holding of said,
lot of said body corporate in fee simple.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the sanction and consent of the General

Assembly of Maryland be and the same is hereby given and
declared to the grant and conveyance to the board of trustees
of Taylor's Chapel, in Baltimore county, by John J. Anderson,
William Jefferson Shanklin, Charles H. Buckman, William E.
Stansbury and Charles M. Armstrong, trustees, and by Jacob
H. Taylor, Sarah R. Taylor, Ann P. D. Taylor, William E.
Stansbury, Alice M. Stansbury and Ann M. Taylor, of the lot
or parcel of land situate near the Hilleu road, in Baltimore
county, and fully described in a deed from John J. Anderson,
etc., trustees, to- said body corporate, dated the 28th day of
March, in the year 1900, duly recorded in the office of the
clerk of the Circuit Court of Baltimore County, in Liber N.
M. No. 243, folio 371, and in a deed from said Jacob H.
Taylor, etc., to said body corporate, dated the 28th day of
March, 1900, duly recorded in said clerk's office, in Liber N.;
B. M. No. 243, folio 364, and to the said deeds, and to the
holding of said land by said corporation in fee simple.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 120.

AN ACT to regulate the catching of crabs in the waters of
Queen Anne's County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Unlawful to
catch crabs.

Maryland, That it shall be unlawful for any person or per-
sons to take, catch or gather hard shell crabs in the waters of
Queen Anne's county, between the fifteenth day of November
and the first day of May next succeeding, of each and every
year.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That no person or persons shall

obtained.

engage in the business of taking, catching or gathering crabs,
either hard or soft shell, in the said waters of Queen Anne's
county for a livelihood, until he or she shall have first
obtained and secured a license from the clerk of the Circuit
Court of said county.
