land, situate, respectively, on the northeast side of Belair
avenue, and on the northwest corner of Broadway and Biddle
streets, in the city of Baltimore, and fully described in deeds
dated the eleventh day of February, eighteen hundred and
ninety-fix, respectively, and recorded, respectively, among the
land records of Baltimore city, in Liber R. O. No. 1605, folio
71, etc., and folio 74, etc.

Sixty-fifth. To the bequest of one hundred dollars to the
Reverend Thomas G. Stapleton by the last will and testament
of Mary Smith, late of Baltimore city, deceased, and recorded
in the office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore city, in
Liber M. W. T. No. 72, folio 374.

Sixty-sixth. To the acquisition and holding of by the elec-
tors of the Baltimore Hebrew Congregation in Baltimore city
of the two pieces of fee simple property, situate, respectively,
on the northeast side of Madison avenue, near Robert street,
and on the west side of the Belair road, in the city of Balti-
more, conveyed by and described in the two following deeds :
one from the Benevolent Society of the city and county of
Baltimore, dated the sixteenth day of June, eighteen hundred
and ninety-one, recorded among the land records of Baltimore
city, in Liber J. B. No. 7438, "folio 299, and the other from
Myer Stein and others, dated the twentieth day of April, eigh-
teen hundred and ninety-five, and recorded as aforesaid, in
Liber R. O. No. 1602, folio 364.

Sixty-Seventh. To a devise and bequest under the will of
Anna J. Day, late of Baltimore city, deceased, in favor of
Charles J. Bonaparte, as trustee, for the benefit of the trustees
of the Baltimore Society of the New Jerusalem Church, as to
one-half of the residue of her estate and the income thereof.

Sixty-eighth. To the following sales and grants by sundry
parties to the Baltimore Hebrew Chizack Amuno Congregation
of Baltimore city. (1). To the sale and grant by the Iroquois
Building Company, of Baltimore city, of the fee simple lot of
ground situate on the northeast side of McCulloh street at
the distance of fifty feet northwesterly from the corner formed
by the intersection of the northeast side of McCulloh street
and the northwest side of Mosher street, fronting two and one-
half feet on McCulloh street by an even depth of one hun-
dred and four feet in the city of Baltimore described in a deed
dated the seventeenth day of April, in the year eighteen hun-
dred and ninety-five, and recorded among the land records of
Baltimore city, in Liber J. B., No. 1554, folio 132, &c. (2). To
