the sale and grant by Michael I. Levy to said congregation of
the fee simple property situate at the corner formed by the
intersection of the northeast side of McCulloh street and the
northwest side of Mosher street in the city of Baltimore de-
scribed in a deed from the said grantor to the said grantee dated
the twenty-sixth day of February, in the year eighteen hundred
and ninety five, and recorded as aforesaid in Liber J. B., No.
1545, folio 462, &c. (3). To the sale and grant from William
Divier to said congregation of the leasehold property in Lloyd
street, between Watson and Lombard streets, in the city of
Baltimore, described in a deed from the grantor to the grantee
dated the first day of November, eighteen hundred and seventy-
five, and recorded as aforesaid in Liber G. R., No. 719, folio
510, &c. (4). To the sale and grant by Christoper Hirsch to
said congregation of the leasehold property on Lloyd street,
between Watson and Lombard street, in the city of Baltimore,
described in a deed from said grantor to said grantee, dated the
second day of November, eighteen hundred and seventy-five,
and recorded as aforesaid in Liber G. R., No. 719, folio 509,
&c. (5). To the sale and grant by Daniel Feldman and wife
to said congregation of the fee simple property on Lloyd street,
between Lombard and Watson streets, in the city of Baltimore,
described in a deed from the grantor to the grantee, dated the
twenty-first day of December, eighteen hundred and seventy-
five, and recorded as aforesaid in Liber G. R., No. 725, folio
358, &c.

Sixty-ninth, To the sale and grant by the Russian Congrega-
tion B'nai Israel of Baltimore city, to the trustees of the Beth
Jacob Aushe Curland Hebrew Congregati&n of Baltimore city,
of the leasehold property on the westernmost side of Exeter
street, near Fayette street, in the city of Baltimore, described
in a deed from the grantor to the grantee, dated the fifteenth
day of August, in the year eighteen hundred and ninety-five,
and recorded among the land records of Baltimore city, in
Liber J. B. No. 1574, folio 323, etc.

Seventieth. To the sale and grant by the Baltimore Chizack
Amuno Congregation of Baltimore city to the Russian Con-
gregation B'nai Israel of Baltimore city of the leasehold and
fee simple property on Lloyd street, between Watson and Lom-
bard streets, in the city of Baltimore, described in a deed from
said grantor to said grantee, dated the fourth day of Septem-
ber, eighteen hundred and ninety-five, and recorded among the
land records of Baltimore city, in Liber J. B. No. 1577, foli<
123, &c.
