the Corporate Board of Finance of the Baltimore Annual
Conference of the Methodist Episcopal Church, South, of
Baltimore city, the sum of three thousand dollars."

Fifty-seventh. To the bequest contained in the last will and
testament of Ellen R. Dorsey, late of Baltimore city, deceased,
to the Vestry of Trinity Protestant Episcopal Church of
Trinity parish, Howard and Anne Arundel counties, Maryland,
in words following, to wit: "I give and bequeath to Mrs.
Mina Birckhead; in trust for the "Vestry of Trinity Protestant
Episcopal Church in the first election district of Howard
county, ($200) two hundred dollars."

fifty-ninth. To the sale made by Robert Barry, et al.,
assignees to the Committee of the Second Presbyterian Church,
Society or Congregation in the city of Baltimore, of certain
property on the northwest side of Belair avenue, in the city of
Baltimore, and fully described in a deed dated the twenty-
fourth day of December, eighteen hundred and nine, and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore city, in Liber
W. G. 96, folio 413, from said Barry, et al, to the said com-
mittee of said church.

Sixtieth. To the lease by Mary L. Forrest to the Park Pres-
byterian Church of Baltimore city of a certain lot of ground
lying at the northwest corner of Madison and North avenues,
in the city of Baltimore; beginning "at said corner running
thence westerly, binding on the north side of North avenue,
one hundred and sixty-three feet, eight and one-fourth inches;
thence northerly at right angles to North avenue, one hundred
and ninety-five feet to the centre line of Clendinen street ;
thence easterly along the centre line of Clendinen street to the
southwest side of Madison avenue; and thence southeasterly,
binding on the southwest side of Madison avenue to the begin-
ning; said lot being described in a lease from the said Mary
L. Forrest to the said Park Presbyterian Church dated the
nineteenth day of December, eighteen hundred and ninety-
one and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore city,
in Liber J. B. No. 1373, folio 318, &c.

Sixty-first. To the following gifts, grants and deeds to and
the holding the property thereby conveyed by the Presby-
terian Association of Baltimore city, the property so conveyed
consisting of two lots or parcels of land, situated, respectively,
on the northwest side of Belair avenue, and the northwest corner
of Broadway and Biddle street in the city of Baltimore, and
