erly on Clement street fifty-eight feet to the east side of a
twelve-foot alley, with a depth of even width northerly eighty-
one feet four and one-half inches, which by indenture dated
the twenty-eighth day of May, eighteen hundred and ninety-
five, and recorded among the land records of Baltimore city, in
Liber J. B., No. 1562, folio 181, &c., was granted and conveyed
by Charles Shipley and wife to the said body corporate.

Fifty-fourth. To the holding by the Corporate Board of
Finance of the Baltimore Annual Conference of the Methodist,
Episcopal Church South, of Baltimore city, for any purposes
or uses which the said corporation may deem proper of a cer-
tain lot or parcel of ground on the north side of Boston street,
in the city of Baltimore, sixty-four feet six inches, northwest-
erly from Canton street; thence north westerly on Boston street
fifteen feet and six inches; thence northerly of even width one
hundred and fifteen feet four and one-half inches to an alley
fifteen feet wide, which by indenture dated the twenty-sixth
day of October, eighteen hundred and ninety-five, and recorded
among the land records of Baltimore city, in Liber J. B., No.
1586, folio 74, &c., was granted and conveyed by Charles Ship-
ley and wife to said body corporate.

Fifty-fifth. To the holding by the Corporate Board of
Finance of the Baltimore Annual Conference of the Methodist
Episcopal Church, South, of Baltimore city, for any purposes
or uses which the said corporation may deem proper, of a cer-
tain lot or parcel of ground, on the south side of Ostend street,
in the city of Baltimore, thirty-three feet east from Marshall
avenue; thence east on Ostend street, twenty-eight feet to the
west side of an alley ten feet wide; thence south of even
width, ninety tive feet, which by indenture dated the twenty-
eighth day of August, eighteen hundred and ninety-five,
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore city, in Liber
J. B. No. 1578, folio 379, etc., was granted and conveyed by
Charles Shipley and wife to the said body corporate.

Fifty-sixth. To the bequest contained in the last will and
testament of Caroline D. Sewell, late of Baltimore city, de-
ceased, of three thousand dollars to the Corporate Board of
Finance of the Baltimore Annual Conference of the Methodist
Episcopal Church, South, of Baltimore city, for any purposes
or uses which said body corporate may deem proper, said will
being duly of record in the office of the Register of Wills for
Baltimore city, in Wills Liber F. W. M. No. 72, folio 185, and
the said bequest being in words following, to wit: "I give to
