five feet east from Carrollton avenue, thence east on Fayette
street twenty-nine feet, thence south, of even width, one hun-
dred and seventy-seven feet to Raborg street, which, by inden-
ture dated the twenty-second day of June, eighteen hundred
and ninety-five, and recorded among the land records of Balti-
more city, in Liber J. B., No. 1566, folio 83, &c., was granted
and conveyed by Charles Shipley and wife to the said body
corporate.

Fifty-first. To the holding by the Corporate Board of
Finance of the Baltimore Annual Conference of the Metho-
dist Episcopal Church, South, of Baltimore city, for any pur-
poses or uses which said corporation may deem proper, of a
certain parcel of ground situated on the east side of Payson
street in the city of Baltimore, two hundred and twenty-six
feet and one-half inches south from Lanvale street, thence
south on Payson street fifteen feet and one inch, thence east
of even width, eighty-six feet and six inches to the west side
of a ten foot alley, which by indenture dated the twenty-third
day of May, eighteen hundred and ninety-five, and recorded
among the land records of Baltimore city, in Liber J. B., No.
1561, folia 232, and was granted and conveyed by Charles
Shipley and wife to the said body corporate.

tain lot or parcel of ground on the east side of Payson street
in the city of Baltimore two hundred and eleven feet and one-
half of an inch south from Lanvale street; thence south on
Payson street fifteen feet and one-half of an inch; thence east
of even width eighty- six feet and six inches to the west side of
a ten-foot alley, which by indenture dated the twenty-third day
of May, eighteen hundred and ninety-five, and recorded among
the land records of Baltimore city, in Liber J. B., No. 1561,
folio 232, &c., was granted and conveyed by Charles Shipley
and wife to the said body corporate.

Fifty-third. To the holding by the Corporate Board of
Finance of the Baltimore Annual Conference of the Methodist
Episcopal Church, South, of Baltimore city, for any purposes
or uses which the said body corporate may deem proper of a
certain lot or parcel of ground situated on the north side of
Clement street, in the city of Baltimore, one hundred and fifty-
