ords of Baltimore city, in Liber J. B. No. 1576, folio 379, was
granted and conveyed by Charles Shipley and wife, to said
body corporate.

Forty-eighth. To the holding of twelve certain parcels of
ground in the city of Baltimore, by the Corporate Board of
Finance, of the Baltimore Annual Conference, of the Metho-
dist Episcopal Church, South, of Baltimore city, for any pur-
'poses or uses that the said corporation may deem proper, the
said twelve lots being situated on the northwest side of Cleve-
land street in the city of Baltimore, at the respective distances
of one hundred and twenty-eight feet, one hundred and forty
feet, one hundred and fifty-two feet, one hundred and sixty-
four feet, one hundred and seventy-six feet, one hundred and
eighty-eight feet, two hundred feet, two hundred and twelve
feet, two hundred and twenty-four feet, two hundred and
thirty- six feet, two hundred and forty-eight feet, and two hun-
dred and sixty feet northeasterly from Bayard street, each
having a front on Cleveland street of twelve feet, with an even
width, running northwesterly, seventy-three feet, six inches to
an alley twelve feet wide, which by indenture dated the twenty-
first day of May, eighteen hundred and ninety-five, 'and recor-
ded among the land records of Baltimore city, in Liber J. B.
No. 1560, folio 440 &c., were granted and conveyed by Charles
Shipley and wife, to the said body corporate.

Forty-ninth. To the holding of a certain parcel of ground
by the Corporate Board of Finance of the Baltimore Annual
Conference of the Methodist Episcopal Church, South, of Bal-
timore city, for any purposes or uses which the said corpora-
tion may deem proper; said lot being situated on the south side
of Fayette street, in the city of Baltimore, two hundred and
seventy-four feet east from Carrollton avenue, thence east on
Fayette street forty-six feet, thence south, of even width, one
hundred and seventy-seven feet to Raborg street, which by in-
denture dated the twenty-second day of June, eighteen hun-
dred and ninety -five, and recorded among the land records of
Baltimore city, in Liber J. B. No. 1566, folio 88 &c., was
granted and conveyed by Charles Shipley and wife to the said
body corporate.

Fiftieth. To the holding of a certain parcel of ground by
the Corporate Board of Finance of the Baltimore Annual
Conference of the Methodist Episcopal Church of Baltimore
city, said parcel of ground being situated on the south side of
Fayette street in the city of Baltimore, two hundred and forty-
