said corporation may, from time to time, require in all respects
as an individual or natural person may or can do, or might have
done.

Thirty-eighth. To the holding by the Locust, Point Taber-
nacle of Baltimore city, of the parcel or parcels of land now
owned or heretofore acquired by said Locust Point Tabernacle
of Baltimore city, consisting of the lot or lots on Hull street
in said city, leased or purchased by the said corporation for
the purposes of a church, with power and authority to said
Locust Point Tabernacle of Baltimore city, to hold, lease, sell,
mortgage or otherwise encumber said property, as the interests
of the said corporation may, from time to time, require, in all
respects as an individual person may or can or might or could
have done.

Thirty-ninth. To the bequest of fifty dollars for the benefit
of Zion Reformed Churchyard Fund, in Hagerstown, Mary-
land, contained in the last will and testament of Eliza Wahtz,
late of Washington county, deceased, admitted to probate on
the twenty-fifth day of July, eighteen hundred and ninety-three,
and recorded in the office of the Register of Wills of said
county.

fortieth. To the following bequests under the last will and
testament of Ann Nufer, late of Washington county, deceased,
said will having been probated on the twenty-third day of
March, eighteen hundred and ninety-four, and recorded in the
office of the Register of Wills of said county, viz: To the
trustees of St. Peter's Church, commonly known as Beard's
church, of Washington county, the sum of seventy dollars to
be used for a certain purpose; to the trustees of St. Peter's
Church, commonly known as Beard's church, and incorporated
as the German Evangelical Congregation, adjoining the plan-
tation of Major Beard, in Washington county, the sum of one
hundred dollars, to be held in trust by the trustees of said church
for certain purposes; and to the trustees of St, Peter's Church,
commonly known as Beard's church, in Washington county,
the sum of five hundred dollars.

Forty-first. (1). To the deed of conveyance of a certain
church property at the intersection of Calhoun and Gold streets,
in the city of Baltimore, from James T. Anderson, executor, to
the trustees of the Western Chapel in said city, dated the twen-
tieth day of July,eighteen hundred and ninety-four, and recorded
among the land records of said city in Liber J. B., No, 1523,
