the nineteenth day of November, in the year eighteen hun-
dred and ninety-four, and recorded among the land records of
Baltimore city in Liber J. B.. No. 1531, folio 326, &c., con-
veying a lot of land situated at the southeast corner of
Maryland avenue and Twenty- fifth street in Baltimore city,
Maryland.

Thirty-third. To the sale and grant by Samuel W. Mackey,
Hannah Amanda Commons, and Belle M. Mackey, executors
of Jane M. Kelso, deceased, to the Trustees of the Aitz Cham
Hebrew Congregation of Baltimore city, of all that lot of
ground in the city of Baltimore, on the west side of Exeter
street, and described in the deed from the said Samuel W.
Mackey, Hannah Amanda Commons, and Belle W. Mackey,
executors of Jane M. Kelso, deceased, to said congregation,
dated the sixth day of June, eighteen hundred and ninety-five,
and recorded among the land records of Baltimore city, in
Liber J. B., No. 1563, folio 426, &c.

Thirty-fourth. To the bequest of one hundred dollars to the
Trinity Reformed Church in Manchester, Carroll county, con-
tained in the last will and testament of Samuel Wareheim,
late of said county, deceased, said will having been admitted
to probate and recorded in the office of the register of wills of
said county.

Thirty-fith. To the bequest of five thousand dollars to the
vestry of St. John's Parish in Baltimore and Harford counties,
the same being the corporation possessed of the Protestant
Episcopal church 'situated near Kingsville in Baltimore county,
contained in the last will and testament of Mary 8. Bryarly,
late of Baltimore county, deceased.

Thirty sixth. To the gift and bequest of one hundred dol-
lars to the "Trustees of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church
of Taneytown," Carroll county, Maryland, contained in the last
will and testament of said deceased, duly of record iu the
office of the Register of Wills of Carroll county.

Thirty -seventh; To the holding by the Fourth Congrega-
tional Church of Baltimore city of the parcel or parcels of.
land now owned or heretofore acquired by said church, con-
sisting of the lot or lots on Hull street in the said city leased
or purchased by the said corporation for the purposes of a
church, with power and authority to the said Fourth Congre-
gational Church of Baltimore city, to hold, sell, lease, mort-
gage or otherwise encumber said property, as the interests of
